Plymouth Police make Arrests at Wal-Mart

  07/09/12 On Tuesday, June 2nd at 11:45am, Plymouth Police Department received a call from Wal-Mart with concerns that an employee was stealing.   During an internal Wal-Mart investigation 27 year old Heather Dodson of Plymouth was suspected of taking money from the cash register for over a month.  Evidence showed their suspicious were correct and Dodson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was charged for theft, a Class D felony.  Dodson was given a $1,500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 17th at 8:30am

On Tuesday, July 3rd at 5:26am, Plymouth Police Department received a call from Wal-Mart that a possible fraudulent credit card transaction was taking place.  Upon arrival Corporal Taberski spoke with 21 year old Brandon Rucker and 21 year old Marcus D. Harris both of Hazel Crest, Illinois about the incident.  After an investigation was conducted Rucker was placed under arrest for public intoxication and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond.  Harris was charged with possession of marijuana and public intoxication and was given a $4,500.00 cash bond.  Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 31st at 8:30am.
