02/24/12 Pastor Dennis Wenzel of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Donaldson led and Ash Wednesday service at Miller’s Senior Living Community Wednesday morning, Feb 22. This has become a regular tradition at Miller’s and many of the residents and staff participated. Pastor Wenzel led the group in prayer and read Scripture from the books of Genesis, Matthew and Revelation. He applied the ashes and also served Communion. Songs sung were “Rock of Ages”, “In The Garden” and “The Old Rugged Cross”.
