Plymouth Police Make Arrests

On Saturday, June 26th at 12:46 AM Officer Jason Dobbins with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Kroger’s in reference to a shoplifter.  Upon arriving at Kroger’s Officer Dobbins arrested 54 year old Barbara L. Wedgeworth of Adams Street for theft.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,000 cash bond. Wedgeworth was released the same day at 12:20 PM after posting her cash bond.

On Sunday, June 27th at 1:30 AM Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop at Lincolnway East.   The driver, 32 year old Enesto Herrera of Akron was arrested for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and public intoxication.  He was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $500 bond.  Herrera was later released on the same day at 5 PM after posting his cash bond.

A short time later at 3:35 AM Sunday Officer Derifield responded to a 9-1-1 call that lead to the arrest of 24 year old Luis E. Chavez of Michigan Street.  Chavez was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting law enforcement and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.  He was transported to the Jail and booked on a $1,000 bond.

At 9:33 PM Sunday Officer Bridget Hite conducted a traffic stop at 4th and Garro Streets.  The driver, 45 year old Michael P. Miller of West Jefferson Street was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  He was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $2,000 bond.

On Sunday, June 27th at 6:42 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger conducted a traffic stop on 33 year old Melva A. Triplet of Quinn Road.   Triplet was arrested for driving while suspended and was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was booked on a $750 bond and released at 8:45 PM after posting his cash bond.
