09/23/13 The Marshall County Humane Society will hold its 2013 Bark In The Park Dog Walk Fundraiser on Sunday, October 6th at Centennial Park at 1:00 p.m. by the Tennis Courts.
Everyone with a pledge form of $25.00 or more will receive a free “Bark In The Park” T-Shirt. Additional t-shirts will be available for a $15.00 donation the day of the event, while supplies last.
Contests will be held for the most funds raised, cutest dog, best costume, best kisser, owner look-a-like, best trick, most handsome, most vocal, largest dog, smallest dog and of course the cutest dog.
This year the Hoosier Lottery will be participating in the “Bark in the Park Dog Walk Fundraiser”. All Dog Walk participants will receive a “Lucky Dog” scratch off lottery ticket. Hoosier Lottery is partnering up with more than 65 Indiana County Humane Societies and animals shelters in hope with the new “Lucky Dog” scratch off will help to bring awareness to adopt animals.
