Davis Arrested for Battery with a Baseball Bat

   02/18/13 49 year old Scott Davis of Pearl Street in Plymouth was arrested Thursday afternoon following an alleged battery at him home.

Plymouth police were dispatched to 707 Pearl Street for a fight at 12:54. When they arrived they found 55 year old Billy Bates of Plymouth with a large wound to the back of his head from allegedly being struck with a baseball bat.  36 year old Jamin Keeton of Plymouth also had an injury to the side of his head allegedly from a baseball bat.

During the investigation police spoke with the victims and the arrested Davis who had an injury to his forehead.

Bates and Davis were treated at the ER at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth. After treatment Davis was booked into the Marshall County Jail for aggravated battery by means of a deadly weapon.  He was held with no bond.
