01/05/11 On Sunday, January 2nd at approximately 1:00 PM a resident on Mc Collough Drive west of LaVille High School reported having damage to his van that was parked in the driveway.
Patrolman Rick Kanarr with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to 109 Mc Collough Drive and spoke to the complainant. During the investigation it appeared someone had shot at the van with a BB or pellet gun causing damage to the driver’s side and breaking out a window. It is believed the damage occurred during the overnight hours as the van was fine at 6:00 PM the night before.
