The Marshall County Museum will be celebrating the 103rd anniversary of Boy Scouts this Saturday

 02/07/13 Marshall County Museum –To celebrate this week’s 103rd anniversary of the Boy Scouts, Clarence Shively, local Boy Scout historian, will be giving tours of the recently created display in the “Boy Scout Room” at the Marshall County Museum from 10 AM – 2PM this Saturday, February 9th.

He is the Assistant Scout Master of Troup 239, caretaker of Camp Rice Woods, and very knowledgeable of the history of Scouting.  The Boy Scout Room covers every aspect of Scouting; from Cub Scouts, to Boy Scouts, including Air and Sea Scouts, as well as Explorers.  Tours of the interactive Model Train Room and the Transportation Room are some of the highlights of the tour on Saturday.
