On Sunday, July 26 at approximately 5:48 p.m. the Bremen Police Department received a call of a possibly intoxicated male driver who left the scene of a property damaged accident.
This call resulted in a traffic stop of the suspect’s vehicle at North Street and Marshall Street in Bremen. Gregory A. Andrews, 39 from Bremen was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Operating While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damaged Accident.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. All suspects are presumed innocent until or unless found guilty.
