ISP Serve Drug Search Warrant at 636 Oakhill Ave.

The Indiana State Police Criminal Interdiction Team along with the Plymouth Police Department has been conducting an investigation into methamphetamine activity in the Plymouth area. 

A search warrant was executed by the Indiana State Police SWAT team at 636 Oakhill Avenue in Plymouth Tuesday morning just after 8 a.m. in reference to the investigation of meth. 

Meth lab items, methamphetamines, marijuana, and paraphernalia were located during the search along with a strong chemical odor coming from the residence. 

It was learned that 3 children along with 2 adults had been staying at the residence.  All three children were located away from the residence and taken into protective custody. 

Brittney Patrick was located and arrested and Joshua Patrick turned himself in a short time later.  Both subjects were arrested for Manufacturing methamphetamines with 1000 feet of a Federal housing area, Possession of methamphetamines, possession of precursors, possession of marijuana, neglect of a dependant, and maintaining a common nuisance. 

All information will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office reference further charges.
