Two Plymouth Men Arrested for Battery with a Deadly Weapon

07/21/11 Ted Brown, the investigator at the Plymouth Police Department release information on an altercation that ended with a Plymouth man being airlifted to a South Bend hospital and two city men being arrested.

On Saturday, July 9th units from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Brother’s Night Club at 414 West LaPorte Street for a reported battery.  Officers located 22 year old Bruce Banks of Plymouth who had been battered by two male subjects.  Mr. Banks were transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth and their airlifted to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for two stab wounds and a concussion.

During the investigation it was learned that the suspects were 26 year old Jordan Cramer of 9B Road in Plymouth and 28 year old Isaac Flores of Pierce Street in Plymouth.  Cramer was arrested on July 11th at 1:30 a.m. and posted the $1,000 cash bond at 3:20 a.m. and was released.  Flores was arrested on July 12th at 1:25 a.m. and posted the $1,000 cash bond at 1:55 a.m. and was released.  They were charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon, a class C felony.  Both were scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court # 2 on July 20th.
