Plymouth Building Commissioner, Keith Hammonds presented the third quarter report to members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety this week.
There were a total of 56 building permits issued during July, August and September including 10 single family dwellings, 9 additions, 8 renovations, and 7 decks. The value of the projects in the 56 permits was estimated at $7,176,692 and the income from permit fees was $6,618.
A comparison with the third quarter of 2013 show 75 permits issued with an estimated cost of construction at $4,260,089.
