4 Businesses Burglarized Tuesday Night

11/11/11 Plymouth Police are investigating several break-ins that occurred between 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8 and early Wednesday, November 9th.

At 1:14 a.m. Wednesday, November 9th Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper found that the front door at Symphony’s Restaurant had been shattered.  The restaurant is located at 1410 North Michigan Street. The unknown suspects used a piece of concrete block to break in.  Once inside, the suspects went through the drawers looking for money.  An undetermined about of money was taken.

A short time later, at 1:45 a.m. Officer Jordan Rans found the front door to Bruno’s Pizza also smashed in.  The business is located at the northwest corner of Michigan and Jefferson Streets. The suspects entered the building and left with an unknown amount of money.

At 6:56 a.m. the owners of the Remembrance Centre at 1218 North Michigan Street called 9-1-1 in reference to a break-in.  The side door of the business had been smashed. Officer Chris Miller and Sergeant Mark Owen responded and while taking the report they found that the business next door, New Attitude Hair Salon had been pried open.  Money was removed from both stores.

Plymouth Police believe that these burglaries occurred during the night hours of Tuesday and Wednesday.  If anyone has any information in reference to these burglaries or possibly saw a suspicious vehicle in the area of these incidents you are asked to contact the Plymouth Police Department.
