09/29/11 Have you ever thought about starting your own business? Before you start a business, you plan. Before you try to develop a business plan, you ask questions. The first question you should ask is, “Can I make money at this?”
To answer that question the North Central Indiana Small Business Development Center in partnership with the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will host a workshop, “Business Feasibility: Can I Make Money at This?” on Tuesday, October 4th from 6 to 8 p.m. The workshop will review the key considerations in deciding whether you CAN make money at your business.
The workshop will discuss several key topics including: Evaluating whether you possess the characteristics most common to entrepreneurs that succeed, Determining if your business idea makes good sense, Discovering how to explore the market for your new business idea, Learning how to estimate the basic financial feasibility for your business idea and Making an informed decision about starting your business.
