06/04/12 On Tuesday, May 22nd, at 11:46am, Sergeant Mark Owen of the Plymouth Police Department along with the Division of Family Services went to a residence at 900 West Harrison Street for an investigation of an alleged battery to a child, 36 year old Cecilio A. Calderon of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Neglect of a Dependent Endangering Life or Health and Battery resulting in Bodily Injury. His cash bond was set at $1,500. Calderon is scheduled to appear before Judge Dean Colvin in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 12th at 8:30am.
