Local Kids Enjoy Sheriff’s Assoc. Camp

June 11, 2014

Marshall County Sheriff Tom Chamberlin sent 14 boys and girls this year from the surrounding area to Indiana Sheriff’s Association Leadership Camp.

Boys and girls who are currently in 7th or 8th grade that are interested in learning more about a possible career in law enforcement, had a meaningful experience and built relationships with other campers and Sheriff Officers who serve as counselors and instructors.

The Sheriff made and paid transportation and camp registration fees through his office.

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was well represented at the camp with Deputies Travis O’Neal and Ryan Hollopeter and Jailer Meg Wilcockson.
