03/27/12 On Wednesday, March 21st the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was notified about 4 p.m. of a theft that occurred in the area of 19B Road and Linden Road.
The property owner said unknown persons entered the farmland south of 19B Road, approximately 1200 feet off of Linden Road in approximately a 5 acre wooded area. The property owner told Officer Rob Hafke that nine mature wild Cherry trees were cut and removed from the property without permission.
