10-21-11 On Sunday, October 16th at 10:30 PM, Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Garro Street on 18 year old Sutton Baker of Plymouth. During the routine information check it was found that Mr. Baker had never received a driver’s license. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked with a $250 bond and was released at 11:50 PM after posting bond.
On Tuesday, October 18th at 12:06 AM Officer Jordan Rans conducted a routine traffic stop on 20 year old Matthew Bailey of Plymouth. It was found that Mr. Bailey was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. He too was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $250 bond.
