11/15/11 In the early morning of Saturday, November 12th at approximately 12:02am, Sergeant Joe Diesch of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 1,300 block of Holloway Drive in reference to a domestic fight complaint. During the investigation it was found that Corey L. Hughes 21, of Argos was in possession of marijuana. Hughes was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 1:15 p.m. Hughes is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on November 29th at 8:30am.
On Saturday, November 12th at 11:45 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of LaPorte Street and Kingston Road. The driver, Jeremy L. Foor 18, of Plymouth was in possession of Marijuana and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond. The bond was paid on Sunday, November 13th at 1:50 a.m. Foor is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 6th at 8:30am.
