Saturday Arrests by City Police

6/19/12  On Saturday, June 16th at 12:05am, Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West Jefferson Street. It was found that James A. Clemmons 18, of Plymouth and a 17 year old female juvenile had both consumed alcoholic beverages. Clemons was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for illegal consumption of alcohol and given a $250.00 cash bond.  Clemmons is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 17th.  A female juvenile in the vehicle was transported to the Plymouth Police Department and released to her mother.

On Saturday, June 16th around 2:15am, Officer Stamper arrested Timothy R. Brink 22, of Plymouth at the intersection of North Michigan Road and 6C Road after it was found that Brink was driving on a suspended driver’s license. Brink was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for driving while suspended with a prior charge.  His bond was set at $1000.00 cash.  Brink is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 3rd.

Saturday afternoon June 16th at 1:05pm, Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to Martin’s Supermarket on East Jefferson Street where she arrested Franklin Ramirez Vega 45, of Plymouth for shoplifting. Vega was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft and given a $1500.00 cash bond. Vega bonded out immediately and released with a scheduled court appearance on July 17th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court I.
