12/06/13 On Thursday morning December 5th at 8:00 o’clock officers with the Plymouth Police Department, Indiana State Police and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at 1110 North Walnut Street, Apartment #1.
Several complaints have been taken over the past couple of months for the residence. Those complaints turned into an investigation of dealing marijuana that appeared to be used by several juveniles frequenting the address.
During the search of the residence Thursday officers located and arrested two juveniles along with 40 year old Stacey L. Kobold and
19 year old Cody A. Banks. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and were held on charges of dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana over 30 grams, cocaine, controlled substance, paraphernalia all within 1000 feet of a school and contributing to a minor. Both Kobold and Banks was booked in with no bond.
