Colindres Arrested for Identity Deception and Counterfeiting

03/24/11 On January 21, 2011 at 4:51 p.m., the Plymouth Police Department received a report from PNC Bank at 1419 North Michigan Street regarding fraud.

The report indicated that a male subject, identifying himself as Marvin Colindres, was requesting to open a bank account.  The PNC Bank employee determined that the two identification cards that Mr. Colindres presented were counterfeit.  The suspect left after the identification cards were held by the Bank employee and police were notified.

Further investigation by the Plymouth Police Department revealed that the suspect was actually named Hector Colindres.  Hector Colindres was located by Det. Mangus on March 16th and questioned.  He was then arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Identity Deception and Counterfeiting with a cash bond of $2,000.00.
