Wages are adopted in a public hearing of Common Construction Wage committees with members for this meeting being Judith Stone as the County Legislative Representative, Jim Marquardt as the taxpayer representative and Don Ecker at the Industry rep. The committee is charged with determining the most commonly paid construction wages in Marshall County. (as required by the Indiana Common Construction Wage Act (IC 5-16-7-1 et seq.)

The Common Construction Wage meeting will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5th in room 203 of the Marshall County Building. This is a meeting that is open to the public.

The wage scale selected is the minimum pay scale.  A company bidding on the projects can pay a higher scale if they want to.
