Marshall County Community Foundation Hosts Annual Meeting

September 25, 2013

09/26/13 The Marshall County Community Foundation Board of Directors and staff will celebrate local philanthropy and opportunities to help great ideas take flight at an annual meeting on Thursday (9/26). The event will take place at Weidner School of Inquiry @PHS, #1 Big Red Drive, Plymouth, IN. The Plymouth Community School Corporation was a recent recipient of an MCCF grant in support of this unique learning community designed to create adaptive learners who will have necessary skills to thrive in an ever changing global economy.  Plymouth School Corporation is one of few schools nationally to have a K-12 affiliation with New Tech Network, an organization providing support to project based learning environments.

The evening begins at 6 pm with refreshments and informal tours of Weidner School of Inquiry @PHS. The MCCF annual meeting agenda also includes announcement of second round grant awards for 2013. Parking is available on the east side of the building in Lot 7. The public is invited to attend and learn more about the 300 charitable funds at MCCF created by generous individuals, families, businesses and organizations to support causes they care about in Marshall County.
