 On Thursday, July 15th at 1:21 PM Officer Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department responded to East Jefferson Street regarding a physical altercation. Upon arriving at the location Officer DeLee arrested 47 year old Troy J. Benedict of the Jefferson Street address for battery. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and was booked on a $750 bond.
On Thursday, July 15th at 3:47 PM Officer Jason Dobbins with the Plymouth P.D. made contact with 35 year old Buffy M. Speirs of West LaPorte Street. Speirs was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Marshall County. Speirs was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $500 bond. She was released at 5 PM after posting her cash bond.
