05/30/13 Construction Management and Design in Plymouth has a large residential project underway on the city’s northwest side. The first phase of the project is at the intersection of North Plum and Madison Streets.
Cory Collins, VP of Operations for Construction Management and Design said they are building an eight-unit multi-family housing unit designed for adult living but are not exclusive. The complex will consist of single story, two bedroom rentals with one and two bathrooms. There are four apartments that are 900 sq. ft and four that will be 1,000 sq. ft. and each will have a garage.
Construction Management and Design has been building and managing rentals in the Plymouth and Warsaw for several years and find that the empty-nesters are looking for residential living without the hassles of home-ownership.
The second phase of the project is sixteen units that will be built on the west side of North Plum Street between Harrison and North Streets.
