03/26/13 On Friday, March 22nd at 12:50 P.M. Deputy Jonathan Bryant responded to a residence on Walnut Street in LaPaz for a felony warrant service on 19 year old, Bradley W. Vest of Plymouth. Upon arriving at the residence deputies located and arrested Mr. Vest who was wanted on an active felony warrant through Marshall County fort. Vest had just bonded out on a $1,005 bond on Sunday, March 17th after being arrested on Saturday, March 9th for trespassing by entering a dwelling without consent, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, illegal transport of alcohol, resisting law enforcement and illegal consumption of alcohol. Deputies also located two other subjects at the residence including the homeowner.
A search of the residence revealed Methamphetamine and along with various items of paraphernalia that led to the arrest of 40 year old, Deanna R. Sheppard of LaPaz for possession of methamphetamine. Sheppard was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $1,505 bond. Vest was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,005 bond.
