02/14/13 Tuesday evening about 6:20 p.m. a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a pick-up truck near the intersection of Sycamore Road and State Road 17 pull off the roadway and a male subject exit the vehicle. The officer conducted an investigation and found that 60 year old Reginald Danielson of Pretty View Drive was intoxicated. Danielson was tested for intoxication and failed the test. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and arrested for Operating a Vehicle with a Scheduled Controlled Substance and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering A Person.
Reginald Danielson’s bond was set at $1,505 and it was posted at 1:55 a.m. on Wednesday morning and he was released. Danielson is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on February 26th.
