09/26/12Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger released preliminary findings of initial Toxicology studies done on 44 year old David S. Miller who was found dead earlier this month in a room at the Bremen Inn on West Plymouth St. Miller registered over three times the legal limit for alcohol in Indiana which is .08 In addition, there was evidence of opiates and other drugs in his system. Cleavenger said that there were no signs of viloence on Miller’s body at autopsy and The Bremen Police Department investigation showed that Miller and another
individual had made a trip to South Bend earlier, where Miller supposedly bought drugs.
