County Police Warn of Daytime Residential Burglaries

05/18/11  Detective Neal Wallace with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is warning County residents that there have been 6 daytime residential burglaries in rural Marshall County since Saturday, may 7th with the most recent occurring on Monday, May 16th.  Burglaries have occurred on Quince Road, 3rd Road, Lilac Road, and Filbert Road in north central Marshall County.  Information from witnesses on a few of the burglaries revealed the suspect vehicle is a white Ford Ranger.  There were also 2 while males, approximately 20 to 30 years of age.

The Sheriff’s Department would like to remind citizens to communicate with neighbors and or help watch for suspicious vehicle and or persons and report such activity occurring in the proper jurisdiction or to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.  Anyone having specific information about persons involved in these crimes is also asked to call the Sheriff’s Department (936-3187) or Crime Stoppers (1-800-342-STOP).
