6/06/11 Marshall County Police Arrest two for Seven Daytime Burglaries….
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two men as a result of an investigation related to seven daytime burglaries that occurred in May 2011 in the north central area of Marshall County.
An investigation by Detective Sergeant Neal Wallace resulted in the arrest of Joshua D. Stone on 14 felony counts, including burglary, theft and possession of a controlled substance. Also arrested was Justin L. Whitt for 13 counts, including burglary and theft. Both of the men are incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail with a $100,000.00 cash bonds each.
