03/21/13 Bremen Police Chief Matt Hassel release brief information on a death investigation his department and the Coroner’s office are currently working.
On Sunday, March 17, 2013 about 8:45 a.m. the Bremen Police Department received a call to conduct a welfare check at an apartment in the 100 block of East Plymouth Street in Bremen. Upon arrival officers inspected the upstairs apartment and discovered a deceased middle aged male. The Marshall County Coroners office was notified and the investigation by both departments continues at this time. Fowl play is not believed to be involved but a ruling on the cause of death has not been made at this time.
