DEMOCRATIC CITY COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES FULL DAY OF EVENTS ON AUGUST 13TH

08/09/11 The Plymouth Democratic City Committee will hold a rummage and bake sale at the Marshall County Democratic Headquarters on Saturday, August 13th from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.  The Democratic Headquarters is downtown on Water Street and everyone is welcome to come unload some of your old treasures, and find someone else’s to replace them.  Donations may be dropped off the evening of Wednesday, August 10th from 6-8 pm, or other times by contacting Michelle Livinghouse at 936-9185.

After the sale, the Democratic City Committee will host another pulled-pork dinner to satisfy demand after their last successful event.  The dinner will again be held on the patio behind the City Center from 5-8pm on August 13th. Pulled-pork sandwiches with sides and a drink will be $10 a plate and carry-out will be available. The Democratic candidates are: Jim Vinall for Mayor, Matt Miller for Council (at large), Jeff Houin for Council (District 1), Tony Gamble for Council (District 2), Shiloh Fonseca for Council (District 3), and Ryan Ripley for Council (District 4).
