Rochester Couple Arrested for Illegal Drug Lab

01/10/12  On Sunday, January 8th at 6:18pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Western Avenue and Markley Drive. 

 It was discovered that the occupants of the vehicle, Phillip A. Robbins 22, of Rochester and Krystal Hine 25, of Rochester were in possession of several precursors commonly used for the manufacture of methamphetamines. 

Evidence also indicated that Hine had purchased several items with her Hoosier Works Card.  Robbins was found to also being in possession of marijuana.  Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Hines was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond on the charge of an Illegal Drug Lab, and Robbins was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond for an Illegal Drug lab and possession of marijuana.  Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 7th at 8:30am.
