05/17/12 On Tuesday, May 15th around 12:05am, Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop in front of the residence of 123 Candy Lane. That traffic stop led to the arrest of Matthew Miller 38, of Plymouth who was charged with driving a vehicle while intoxicated. Miller was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $3,000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on May 29th at 8:30am.
