Eddingtons Charged on 3 Counts for Marijuana at Lake Latonka

10/04/12  The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office has charged four people in connection with the for the September 4th investigation by the UNIT (undercover Narcotics Investigation Team) at 18213 Hiawatha Trail in the Lake Latonka Community.

The UNIT along with officers from the Indiana State Police collected several marijuana plants after the plants were seen in plain view from the public roadway.

Officers obtained a search warrant and further collected evidence from within the residence.

The prosecutor’s office has filed charges of Possession of Marijuana a class D felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance a class D felony and Possession of Paraphernalia a class A misdemeanor on all four suspects.   Those involved in this growing operation are Steve Eddington, Rosalie Eddington, Larry Eddington, and Stephanie Eddington. They are all residents at the Lake Latonka address.

The Eddingtons have been summoned to appear in Superior Court II on Tuesday, October 30 at 8:30 am. Deputy Prosecutor Lynn Berndt will be handling the cases from the Prosecutor’s Office.
