Arrests by City Police Officers

  08/09/13  On Tuesday, August 6th at approximately 8:20 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on North Michigan Street with expired registration tags.  Making contact with the driver, 26 year old Jonathan C. Harrison of Plymouth, it was discovered that he was operating a vehicle while suspended with a prior charge.  Harrison was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $755 bond.  He was released on Wednesday after posting his bond and has a Superior Court II date of September 10th for his initial hearing.

On Wednesday, August 7th at approximately 11:00 p.m. Officer Matthew Emenhiser responded to the Martin’s Supermarket parking lot in reference to a fight.  Arriving on scene it was discovered that 18 year old Kayla Guyberson of Plymouth and 24 year old Emily Windsor of Michigan had been in an argument in the parking lot.  During the investigation it was learned that Windsor had struck Guyberson in the face numerous times leaving redness and swelling.  Emily Windsor was taken into custody for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $2,255 bond.
