01/23/13 On Monday, January 21st at 8:37 AM, the Plymouth Police Department executed a search warrant at 822 West Monroe Street. City officers were assisted by the Indiana State Police and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
The warrant was obtained after complaints were received on the Drug Task Force tip line.
Plymouth Officer, John Weir located 22 year old, Jillian Emmons at the residence. She was the only person present at the time of the warrant service.
Emmons was taken into custody for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Marijuana, Paraphernalia and Controlled Substance. Emmons was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 bond and later released that day after posting bond.
