02/11/11 Twelve teams from four states will compete this weekend in the Interscholastic Equestrian Association Horse-show hosted by Culver Academies.
Competition will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 12-13) in the Jud Little Riding Hall at the Vaughn Equestrian Center. A Mounted Color Guard will present the colors at 8:45 a.m. both days to open the event.
The horse-show is free to the public and there will be a concession stand. Parking is available off Indiana 10 just west of the equestrian center.
Teams from Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio will compete in jumping and flat classes. Jumping events will be held in the morning both days, with flat classes (walk, trot, and canter) competing in the afternoon.
