04/04/11 The Indiana State Police were assisting the Marshall County Probation Department in completing a home check on Thursday, March 31st. When they went to check on 35 year old Ewen J. Vires at 322 Fremont Street in Argos three subjects were located in the garage on the property with Mr. Vires.
During an investigation it was found that the female subject gave a false name. She was found to actually be 20 year old Anne M. Dezenzo and had an active warrant out of Porter County for possession of methamphetamines.
The other two subjects in the garage were found to be on probation and parole.
During the investigation meth paraphernalia and methamphetamines were located in the garage and residence.
Ewin Vires was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, and Anne Dezenzo was arrested for false informing along with the active warrant. The other two subjects were released from the scene, but information is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office in reference to possible further charges.
