07/25/11 An investigation by Detective Duane Culp of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department resulted in the arrest of an Argos man.
On July 17th an investigation into allegations of two female juveniles being molested by an Argos man was started by Detective Culp. Interviews showed the allegations started in April 2011 through July. The molestations happened approximately five times during this time period at a residence in the Argos area.
On Tuesday, July 19th at 2:10 p.m. County police arrested 30 year old Timothy Neal Hatton of Nutmeg Road in Argos . He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with child molesting with a victim less than 14 years of age a class C felony, sexual battery a class D felony and battery a class B misdemeanor.
Hatton’s bond was set at $40,000 cash.
