03/24/11 The Marshall County Police Department is investigating a case of Animal Cruelty that happened at 8817 11th Road. The incident happened sometime during the overnight hours of Tuesday March 22nd to Wednesday March 23rd. An unknown person or persons shot and killed a horse on the property.
