08/03/12 On Tuesday, July 31st around 3:35pm, Officer Ryan Richey witnessed three male subjects running east through the yards in the 1500 block of Jefferson Street. After Officer Richey was able to meet up with one of the male subjects it was found that Zachary P. Wendt 19, of Plymouth was intoxicated. Wendt was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for illegal consumption of alcohol and was given a $250.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28that 8:30am.
