11/18/11 On Tuesday, November 15th at approximately 11:20 a.m. the Marshall County Police Department received a call from a female who wanted to report a domestic battery incident which had taken place Monday evening, November 14th.
First Sergeants Dan Butt was dispatched to the female’s location and conducted an interview. Based on the information received during the investigation, 24 year old Jacob J. White of Plymouth was arrested for pointing a firearm, criminal recklessness with a weapon, domestic battery, and possession of marijuana. He is currently incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail with a $10,000.00 cash bond.
