01/28/13 On Thursday, January 24th at 2:00 AM, Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to a four vehicle accident at 501 East Garro Street.
Arriving at the scene he located three parked vehicles with damage and the suspected vehicle that caused that damage owned by 46 year old James W. See of Plymouth.
Mr. See was located a short time later after a short foot chase and taken into custody for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% more, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Cooper assisted in the arrest of Mr. See. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505.
