The Indiana State Police Criminal Interdiction Team and officers from the Plymouth Police Department had been conducting an investigation into illegal drug activity at 328 Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth. The surveillance was due to complaints received from the community.
During the investigation enough information was obtained for a search warrant to be issued for the residence. On Friday, June 20th the Indiana State Police SWAT Team executed the search warrant. During the search, illegal drugs were located in and around the residence.
A small child was located living at the residence and the condition of the home was extremely poor. The Marshall County Child Protective Service was called and took custody of the child.
Ryan Freck and Jamie Ault were arrested for various drug charges along with Jamie Ault being arrested for Child Neglect. A third subject at the residence was released pending review by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. All information will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office reference further charges.
