Argos Man Arrested for Possession of Heroin

  10/14/13  On Wednesday, October 9th at 8:54 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart located a male subject trespassing on the railroad property between West Jefferson and Madison Streets.  Officer Enyart made contact with the subject identified as 28 year old Jeffery S. Campbell of Argos.  During a brief investigation and while conducting an outer clothing pat down the officer located an objected identified as a used hypodermic needle in Mr. Campbell’s right front pants pocket.  Further investigation revealed a substance believed to be heroin located inside a cigarette pack in Mr. Campbell’s left front pants pocket.  He admitted to Officer Enyart to having just used heroin prior to being confronted.  Campbell was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance of 1 and 2 Narcotic more than 3 grams.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
