Wolff & Goad Charged for Meth Lab at Carriage Green

  07/18/12  On Friday afternoon, July 13th at 2:41pm, Plymouth Police K-9 Officer John Weir received a call on the drug tip line of a strong chemical odor at the Carriage Green Apartments located off Baker Street in Plymouth.

  Upon arrival, Corporal John West, Officer Chris Miller and Officer John Weir accompanied by K-9 Rex tried making contact with the occupants.   A male subject later identified as Jason K. Wolff 29, of Plymouth tried to climb over the third floor balcony and police eventually kicked in the door.

An active meth lab was located in the apartment along with a two year old child.

The child was taken into protective custody and was transported to the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center for evaluation.

  Jessica R. Goad 24, of Plymouth was also arrested at the scene.

Both Wolff and Goad were charged with dealing/delivery methamphetamines within 1000 feet of a school, possession of paraphernalia reckless used to enhance and neglect of a dependent with bodily injury.  Both were given a $100,000.00 cash bond.  Wolff and Goad are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on August 28that 8:30am.
