10/28/13 On Wednesday, October 23rd at 2:53 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman observed 24 year old Jonathan L. Sanders of Plymouth walking past the Police Department. Running his information through the Marshall County Dispatch Center to check for warrants, Officer Workman was advised that an active warrant was out for Mr. Sanders. Sanders was located and taken into custody near the intersection of Garro and Center Street near the Post Office.
When Sanders was taken into custody he was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the active warrant through Marshall County for possession of marijuana. He was booked into the jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
