03/05/13 On Sunday, March 3rd at approximately 3:15 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer’s responded to the 1,000 block of North Walnut Street in reference to a domestic fight between a mother and son. Upon arriving at the residence Officer Gary Cleveland was able to determine that 39 year old, Stacy Kobold and 18 year old, Devante Halcomb had both engaged in the altercation. Both subjects were arrested for battery and disorderly conduct and were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they each received a $755 cash bond.
Officer Wally Derifield assisted at the location and ended up arresting another resident, 20 year old, Trey Martinez for illegal consumption of alcohol and resisting law enforcement. 19 year old Joseph Howard of Rochester was also arrested for illegal consumption. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Mr. Martinez was booked on a $1,005 and Mr. Howard received a $505 bond.
