06/13/13 On Tuesday night June 11th Marshall County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Queen Road on a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the investigation officers were given consent to search the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, 20 year old Joseph R. Slisz of Walkerton was found to be in possession of a felony amount of a synthetic drug. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in at 10:50 p.m. Slisz is being held on a $1,505 cash bond.
